CCC ONE data in Power BI.
Live, fast, and actually reliable.

CCC ONE's built-in reports take 8–10 minutes. Power BI's vendor connectors don't exist. So your team is stuck exporting to Excel, pasting into Power BI, and hoping the numbers match. I ship a proper CCC ONE → Power BI pipeline in 2–3 weeks.

The Three Real Problems

If you've tried to make this work yourself, these probably sound familiar.

No native connector

CCC ONE has no Power BI connector and no supported ODBC driver. Every off-the-shelf path is a workaround — usually a CSV export that breaks the moment someone changes a column.

Exports don't scale

Exporting per-shop reports works at one shop. At 10, someone is spending a day a week. At 50, nobody can keep the refresh going. Meanwhile the numbers are always a week old.

The data model is a mess

Even when you get the data into Power BI, you still have to model cycle time, touch time, supplements, severity, DRP scorecards correctly. Most consultants get this wrong because they've never operated a shop.

What I Build

A proper pipeline, a clean semantic model, and dashboards MSO leadership actually uses.

Nightly CCC → Power BI sync

Automated pull from CCC via API or Secure Share, loaded to your own Azure SQL or Fabric lakehouse. No more CSV exports, no more manual refresh.

  • Incremental refresh so it scales to 100+ shops
  • Retry + alerting on failed pulls
  • Works with your existing Microsoft tenant

Pre-built MSO semantic model

A calendar, a shop dimension, a carrier dimension, and measures for every KPI that matters — already correct, already tested at 100+ shop scale.

  • Cycle time, touch time, keys-to-keys
  • Severity, supplement rate, rental days
  • DRP scorecard metrics per carrier

Starter dashboards

Executive, operations, and shop-GM dashboards ready day one. Your team can extend them; they don't have to start from a blank canvas.

  • Executive: MSO-wide KPI roll-up
  • Ops: shop-by-shop comparison + alerting
  • GM: single-shop detail + trends

Handoff, not lock-in

Everything runs in your Microsoft tenant. You own the data, the model, the reports. I document it and hand you the keys — optional retainer if you want ongoing help.

  • Full source + documentation
  • Runbook for your BI team
  • 30 days of support included

The Architecture

CCC ONE → Ingestion (Python/ADF) → Azure SQL / Fabric → Power BI
   ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
Your data Nightly incremental Semantic model Dashboards
pull, retries, alerts + MSO KPIs (2s refresh)

The 3-Week Build

Week 1

Week 2

Semantic Model

Dimensions, measures, and MSO KPIs built and validated against your current CCC numbers.

Week 3

Dashboards

Executive, ops, and GM dashboards published. Alerting configured. Team trained.

Ongoing

Handoff
