Yes. We pull data directly from CCC ONE via their API. If you don't have API access yet, we'll help you through the process of requesting it from CCC.

CCC provides API access through their Secure Share program. The process involves working with CCC to get credentials for your organization. We've done this before and can guide you through it.

2-4 weeks for core dashboards. You'll see your data in BigQuery within the first week. Full dashboard rollout depends on how many custom views you need.

Yes. The dashboards are built in Tableau, which allows for customization. We can add metrics, change layouts, or build entirely new views based on what your team needs.

New shops can be added to the platform within days. The data pipeline is built to scale—we're already running 100+ shops in production.

Yes. All credentials are stored in Google Secret Manager. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Google Cloud Platform's SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.

Only you and your authorized team members. We set up user permissions so each person sees only what they need. Shop managers can see their shop; executives see everything.

Your data is stored in Google BigQuery, hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. Google's infrastructure meets the highest security standards.
