CCC's CSI data depends on external survey vendors feeding back, and the native report renders a static snapshot without real alerting. No MSO-level roll-up, no estimator-level detail, no trend line that tells you whether last week's dip is noise.
What MSOs Actually Need
- Daily CSI by shop, with rolling 30/90-day averages.
- Detractor alerts in real time — a 1 or 2 triggers a ping before the next score lands.
- Estimator-level CSI so coaching is specific.
- Carrier-specific views, because different carriers weight CSI differently.
The Fix
Pull survey data into the warehouse, join to RO/estimator/shop, and push a dashboard + Slack alert. Detractor recovery windows are hours, not days — the tool has to match the pace. Typical build: 1–2 weeks.
