Why It Breaks
CCC counts supplements. It doesn't compute time-to-first-supplement, doesn't rank estimators by supplement rate, and doesn't tie timing to the carrier's DRP thresholds.

- Supplement rate and supplement-dollar share per shop and per estimator.
- Time-to-first-supplement — how many hours into the repair.
- Supplement rate per carrier, because carriers grade this differently.
- Real-time feed: every supplement as it lands.
